Share to Rear has been developed to provide information, advice and support for beef and sheep farmers interested in farm level collaboration. It shows you how to reduce costs, improve efficiencies and add value to your farm business by collaborating with other farmers and others in the supply chain.

We have captured a selection of examples where farmers have successfully collaborated to reduce costs and add value to their farm businesses. The case studies demonstrate the potential financial and lifestyle gains from collaborating in the red meat sector.

There are a wide range of opportunities for collaboration within agricultural production. Collaborative agreements could range from anything between a simple machinery sharing arrangement, through to a full joint farming venture.
