These workshops will seek to adress the following key areas:

• To begin the process of identifying key resources that might be offered by each party.
• An open discussion as to the options available to the group, in terms of joint venture structure and ongoing management.
• A more detailed discussion focusing on the key stages involved in the process of establishing a joint venture.
• The agreement of next steps suitable to parties involved.
