Partnership objectives

All prospective partners should identify their individual key objectives for the partnership at the outset. Partners' objectives and goals do not necessarily need to be the same, but they do need to be compatible.

It is important to enter into a collaborative arrangement for the right reasons. It should not be a quick fix for farm businesses in financial trouble, both businesses need to be financially strong before embarking on a collaborative venture.
